Maintenance release. No user-facing changes since 1.0.2 — the app binary is functionally identical. Re-cut to keep the release line and Homebrew cask current after an internal snapshot-test fix.

Upgrade: brew upgrade --cask cantio. Universal (arm64 + x86_64), macOS 14+, unsigned (--no-quarantine).
