Added

  • Use your agent app. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop — any MCP app, with any model it runs — can now drive AtomCut. It's a row in Connections, on the Agents welcome and in the ⋯ menu, with the exact command for each app (one click for Cursor and VS Code). @atomcut/mcp is on npm.
  • One click to link. No token to copy: the bridge trusts AtomCut's own origins, and the tab stays linked — it reconnects whenever your agent starts a session, until you unlink.

Fixed

  • Connections: the provider list stopped scrolling once you picked one.

Installing

macOS

AtomCut is not yet notarized, so on first launch Gatekeeper will say the app
"is damaged and can't be opened" or "cannot be opened because the developer
cannot be verified." This is expected for unsigned builds. After dragging
AtomCut into Applications, clear the quarantine flag once:

xattr -cr /Applications/AtomCut.app

Then open it normally. (Alternatively: right-click the app → Open → Open.)

Windows

SmartScreen may warn on first run. Choose More info → Run anyway.

Linux

  • AppImage: chmod +x AtomCut-*.AppImage && ./AtomCut-*.AppImage
  • Debian/Ubuntu: sudo dpkg -i AtomCut-*.deb

Once installed, AtomCut keeps itself up to date automatically — new versions are
offered in-app and install on relaunch.
