Added

  • AtomCut Pro, two ways: Yearly at $29 (the first 7 days free), or Lifetime at $59 once for the first 300. Existing Lifetime keys stay Lifetime, AI included.
  • The upgrade dialog shows both plans side by side. Pick one and check out on Gumroad.

Changed

  • Agents over MCP are part of Pro, the same as the built-in chat. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and friends get a clear message and the upgrade dialog opens.
  • Cancelling Yearly keeps Pro until the year you paid for ends.
  • Export: the HD/4K button offers the free week.

Installing

macOS

AtomCut is not yet notarized, so on first launch Gatekeeper will say the app
"is damaged and can't be opened" or "cannot be opened because the developer
cannot be verified." This is expected for unsigned builds. After dragging
AtomCut into Applications, clear the quarantine flag once:

xattr -cr /Applications/AtomCut.app

Then open it normally. (Alternatively: right-click the app → Open → Open.)

Windows

SmartScreen may warn on first run. Choose More info → Run anyway.

Linux

  • AppImage: chmod +x AtomCut-*.AppImage && ./AtomCut-*.AppImage
  • Debian/Ubuntu: sudo dpkg -i AtomCut-*.deb

Once installed, AtomCut keeps itself up to date automatically — new versions are
offered in-app and install on relaunch.
