Added

  • Justified text. A fourth Align button fills a text box edge to edge. The last line of each paragraph stays at its start, on the right for Persian and Arabic.
  • Agents can tidy the Media library. They can remove media nothing uses, and re-importing the same file reuses it instead of adding a copy.

Fixed

  • Y scale keys now play on layers that only had a uniform scale. Logo bars and mask wipes that stayed full height now move.

Installing

macOS

AtomCut is not yet notarized, so on first launch Gatekeeper will say the app
"is damaged and can't be opened" or "cannot be opened because the developer
cannot be verified." This is expected for unsigned builds. After dragging
AtomCut into Applications, clear the quarantine flag once:

xattr -cr /Applications/AtomCut.app

Then open it normally. (Alternatively: right-click the app → Open → Open.)

Windows

SmartScreen may warn on first run. Choose More info → Run anyway.

Linux

  • AppImage: chmod +x AtomCut-*.AppImage && ./AtomCut-*.AppImage
  • Debian/Ubuntu: sudo dpkg -i AtomCut-*.deb

Once installed, AtomCut keeps itself up to date automatically — new versions are
offered in-app and install on relaunch.
