Release v1.1.1: Fix GitHub Release workflow and CI action bumps

  • Fix make_latest type in release.yml / sync-releases.yml (string, not boolean)
  • Bump actions/checkout, cache, and github-script
  • Correct UPGRADING general notes for wrapper/YAML install behavior

  • GitHub Release workflow — make_latest is now sent as a string ("true" / "false") so release.yml / sync-releases.yml no longer fail with HTTP 422 when creating or updating releases.

Documentation

  • UPGRADING — Corrected the general upgrade notes: YAML is install-if-missing; wrapper overwrite remains opt-in since 1.1.0.
