Release v1.1.2: CI Composer matrix install fixes

  • Full composer update with --dev Symfony pin (no lock in repo)
  • Unset platform.php in CI so Symfony 7.4/8.x resolve on matrix PHP
  • No consumer-facing package behavior changes

  • CI Composer install — With composer.lock gitignored, the matrix job now runs a full composer update (not a partial symfony/* update) and pins symfony/framework-bundle with --dev so it stays in require-dev.
  • CI platform.php — Unsets config.platform.php (pinned to 8.1.0 for local Docker) before resolving dependencies so Symfony 7.4 / 8.x install against the matrix PHP version.
