Release v1.1.3: mark the package abandoned on Packagist.

  • Package marked abandoned ("abandoned": true in composer.json); no further maintenance planned. Prefer Git-host review tooling and project-local CI.
  • PHPStan: drop phpstan-baseline.neon; include nowo-tech/phpstan-frankenphp classic + worker rulesets.
  • PHP-CS-Fixer: enable fully_qualified_strict_types.import_symbols.
  • Makefile: Compose V2 with V1 fallback, down-dev, optional -include of the monorepo update-deps helper (REQ-MAKE-009 / REQ-MAKE-010).
