Release v2.0.19: i18n support, documentation reorganization, and PHPUnit improvements

    • PHP script (process-updates.php): All output messages now use translation function t()

      • Debug messages show: detected language, config file used, translation function availability, loaded translations count, and test translations

    • All code now adheres to modern PHP standards regarding nullable types
