Release v1.5.3

Restore Symfony 8 (^7.4 || ^8.0) on core Composer constraints after
another Code Style auto-commit narrowed them between 1.5.1 and 1.5.2.

  • Restore Symfony 8 on symfony/config, dependency-injection, http-foundation, http-kernel, and security-core after a post-v1.5.1 Code Style auto-commit narrowed them again before v1.5.2 landed (the CI guard from 1.5.2 prevents a repeat).
