Release v1.6.1

Added skip_render_routes and nowo_cookie_consent_should_render() so dashboards can skip the consent fragment without inventory queries.

  • skip_render_routes: route name patterns (fnmatch wildcards) where CookieConsentController::show returns an empty private response and skips config/form/inventory work. Twig helper nowo_cookie_consent_should_render() lets hosts omit the ESI/render() sub-request on authenticated dashboards.
