Release v1.3.1: sync composer.lock content-hash for CI validate.

  • CI / Composer: regenerate composer.lock content-hash after the v1.3.0 composer.json changes (form-kit-bundle, symfony/form, UiKit constraint, suggest). composer validate --strict on the default branch is green again (REQ-CI-003).

Tests

  • Cover prependUiKitDefaults (seed / host override / non-array config bags) and FormKit/UiKit skip paths; cover invalid routable/locale/controller choice filtering in RoutePathDefinitionType (100% line coverage).
