• soffit add <name> resolves widgets from the community registry — no more typing owner/repo for known widgets
• soffit add owner/repo and soffit add owner/repo/name still work for direct installs
• soffit list, soffit remove manage installed widgets
• Repos with per-plugin subdirectory layout (widget/widget.sh) are now supported

Setup subcommand

• soffit setup writes the correct statusLine path to your Claude Code config in one step — no manual editing

Config changes

If you have per-widget theme overrides in your config, rename the TOML section header:

# Before
[statusline_widgets.cost.colors]

# After
[statusline_widgets.cost.theme]

Custom plugin sidecars with a [colors] section need the same rename to [theme].

Internal

• Removed Theme/ThemeConfig intermediary types — render pipeline is now ThemePalette → render with no wrapper
• All "color" nomenclature in types and fields replaced with "theme"
• "plugin" replaced with "widget" throughout all user-facing strings and stdin JSON keys

Bug fixes

• Custom plugin theme slots were invisible in the editor (wrong TOML key being read)
• Pending items in the insights widget now render in the correct low-urgency color instead of orange
• seg_pct and fmt_pace no longer accept a palette parameter they didn't use
• Bar label colors in context_bar and usage_bar now reuse pre-computed values
