Docserve 0.1.1

Fixes the "'Docserve' is damaged and can't be opened" error on Apple Silicon — the app bundle is now ad-hoc signed at build time.

Install

1. Download the DMG for your Mac (arm64 for Apple Silicon, x64 otherwise)
2. Launch — the first launch needs Open Anyway in System Settings (the build is ad-hoc signed, so macOS asks once)
