First release.

Forwards Home Assistant's own log to a syslog collector, so it survives a restart — home-assistant.log rotates only at restart and keeps one previous copy, which means the log history is always "this run plus the previous one".

  • UI config flow: host, port, UDP/TCP, with a reachability check.
  • Options applied without a restart: minimum level (default Warning), syslog tag, facility, and prefix-matched include/exclude logger lists.
  • Two diagnostic sensors (forwarded records, last forwarded) so a silently stopped shipper is visible.
  • Sends via a QueueHandler/QueueListener pair, so the socket write never touches the event loop.
