v0.1.28

Release recovery for v0.1.27, whose crates.io publish completed before its broader release-only WASM test matrix exposed stale test metadata. v0.1.28 leaves v0.1.27 intact and aligns the corrected release across crates.io, npm, and GitHub.

Fixed

  • Updated IndexedDB tests to use complete BlockMetadataPersist records with real checksums.
  • Preserved next-version metadata during marker-less crash simulation writes so interrupted commits are detected and recovered.
  • Added observability bookkeeping to the public asynchronous WASM sync path.
