🐛 Fixed - Critical Request Chain & Script Preload URL Mismatch

Script Preload Hints Had Wrong URL

• Fixed URL mismatch between <link rel="preload"> and <script defer src> in add_script_resource_hints(). The preload was built from the raw registered src without appending ?ver= or passing through script_loader_src filters. Any filter on the site (e.g. remove_cssjs_ver) would transform the <script> src but leave the preload href unchanged, making them two different URLs. The browser treated them as separate resources and fetched the file twice — wasting the preload entirely and adding ~130ms of latency to the critical request chain for wp-hooks, wp-i18n, wp-dom-ready, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
• Preload URLs are now built identically to how WP_Scripts::do_item() builds the script tag src: ?ver= is appended first (falling back to $wp_scripts->default_version when the registered ver is false), then the full URL is passed through apply_filters('script_loader_src', $src, $handle) so every active site filter is applied to both.

✨ Added - Non-Blocking Google Fonts via Elementor CSS

Elementor External File Mode — @import Extraction

• scan_and_patch_css_files() (wp_head priority 1): Scans enqueued Elementor CSS files (/elementor/css/) for embedded @import url(fonts.googleapis.com/...) statements. When found, patches the file on disk to remove the @import (so the browser never blocks on it) and stores the URLs for non-blocking injection. Cache key includes filemtime so any Elementor-regenerated file is automatically re-scanned and re-patched on the next request.
• output_extracted_font_preloads() (wp_head priority 2): Outputs <link rel="preload" as="style" onload="..."> + <noscript> fallback for each extracted Google Fonts URL. Appends display=swap if Font Display Swap is enabled.
• strip_elementor_font_imports() (elementor/css/file_content filter): Strips @import lines before Elementor writes a freshly regenerated CSS file to disk, preventing re-introduction on every Elementor save. Persists stripped URLs to coreboost_elementor_font_urls site option.
