Claude Code team sync v1.2.1
- Privacy fixes from an audit: the session title is redacted like the conversation (a key in the first prompt reached the hub), the whole value of a tool input field named like a secret (
password,token,api_key...) is redacted, and a key named justtokenand a URL password with no user name are caught. initleaves a.claude/settings.jsonthat is not valid JSON exactly as it was, as its message says (it used to replace it).auto skip --sessiontakes the short id thatclaude-team sessionsprints; before, a short id never matched and the session was still shared.- A flag that needs a value but got none, or a flag that does not exist, is a one-line error instead of a stack trace or silence.
- The hub README and the
TEAM.mdtemplate say whenTEAM.mdis shown (a first session and after a change), and the README now matches the code throughout:--no-raw,--keep-thinkingand--keep-images, path placeholders, the offline notice, hook timings, Node 18 in CI.
See the README to set it up, and CHANGELOG.md for every version.
Claude Code team sync v1.2.0
- Token-lean defaults: the session-start digest shows only what is new since your last session (modes new, full, pointer, off),
/team-loadloads the brief and the recent conversation (about 3K tokens), shares record their size andresumewarns before re-sending a big conversation, and only/team-loadstays visible to Claude. - Fixed: the vendored copy compares real paths when it updates itself (macOS).
See CHANGELOG.md for every version, and the README to install.

end,live),claude-team auto,claude-team watch,/team-auto,init --no-auto. - Fixed: notes written in the same minute were reported out of order.
See CHANGELOG.md for every version.
