fix(bundle): info alias + gofmt + v1.2.4 bump (license-verify enabled release)

• fix: bundle info honors sentry->nsentry alias (cmd-local map bypassed Get())
• style: gofmt 3 drifted files (CI gofmt gate)
• docs: wiki alias page (supersedes docs(wiki): document sentry->nsentry bundle slug alias (v1.2.3) #173)
• chore: bump v1.2.3 -> v1.2.4 (+SDKs via bump-version.sh) + changelog
• CRITICAL context: NSELF_LICENSE_PUBKEY_HEX repo secret was missing; now set, so this release's binaries embed the key and enable license signature verification (v1.2.3 and earlier shipped as dev builds with verification disabled)

Tests: cmd/commands + internal/{bundle,license,version} green locally; gofmt/vet clean.
