nself start orchestrates docker and returns (already detached); there is no
--detach flag ('unknown flag: --detach' failed golden-path step 5). Match the
real CLI interface.

Smoke used 'nself start --detach' which errors 'unknown flag'. nself start is already detached. Removed the flag.
