LockSmith v0.1.0 Alpha - First Release Notes

Welcome to the first release of LockSmith, a C++ based password manager! This release marks the beginning of our journey towards creating a minimalistic yet powerful password management solution.

When running if you get a execution permission error execute the following

Ubuntu & Debian-Based:

chmod +x lockSmithApp-DebianBased

MacOS:

chmod +x lockSmithApp-MacOS

Features:

  1. Login Validation to the program
  2. Adding Passwords and Removing Passwords to DB
  3. View All Passwords

Important Notes:
Data Security:
Please note that while LockSmith offers password management capabilities, data security is still in progress. Passwords are not hashed yet and will be addressed in future updates.
