Blender corpus and retrieval release.

  • Adds generic Git and reStructuredText ingestion with authoritative source replacement.
  • Adds and hardens the 40-query Blender Manual retrieval fixture.
  • Excludes reference-repository scaffold prose from retrieval.
  • Keeps source-scoped FTS5 reads concurrent and safe.

Verified with build, vet, tests, race detector, staticcheck, gitleaks, VS Code compilation, and 100% Hit@1/3/5/10 with MRR 1.000 on the 2,222-page Blender 5.1 corpus.
