Release list
v0.69.0
Studio's last six pages are rebuilt. You can answer an idea's questions and shape its plan right on the page, move tasks across a board, see what a session will load against your budget, and edit memory without overwriting somebody else's change. The pages follow your mode too: beside your terminals, one quiet column in Minimal, or a desk of their own in Pure Focus. And you can forget a project, on this machine or everywhere, from its page.

loadout setupEach picks the build for your machine, checks it against SHA256SUMS
before installing anything, and needs no root or elevation. The Windows
one checks the MSI's signature too. To install this version rather than
the latest, add -s -- --version 0.69.0 after sh.
Or take the files below yourself: an MSI and a zip for Windows,
archives for Linux and macOS, and a .deb and an .rpm.
The small print
Self-contained builds — no .NET installation required. Verify any
download against SHA256SUMS.
Built for Windows, Linux and macOS on x64, and Windows and Linux on
arm64. The arm64 binaries are cross-compiled, though the test suite
runs on arm64 machines. macOS packages are not signed or notarised.
v0.68.0
Studio has new Teams pages: every run with its question, shape and spend, a read-only Outbox, and Think again from the page. It also gains five modes that change the whole layout. Terminals puts your sessions side by side, Teams shows every run as one line, Minimal gives you one quiet column, and Pure Focus is built for working from the keyboard. Press Ctrl+Shift+M to move between them.

v0.67.0
Loadout Studio, a second dashboard, is here as a preview. Turn it on with loadout config set dashboard studio. It can reach every command, with pages for projects, ideas, teams, context, spend, memory and settings, and a live terminal for your sessions. The classic dashboard stays the default for now.
Also fixed: revoking a remedy's trust from the dashboard, team remedy show --json, and runs left showing as running after daemon stop --now.

v0.66.1
Running loadout with no arguments where there's no terminal, such as from a script or a package installer's check, now exits 0 instead of 11. It still says there's no terminal and points you to loadout --help. This was what stopped winget accepting new versions without a manual check.

v0.66.0
The daemon's dashboard now stays on one address, port 47611, so a bookmark or an installed app window keeps working after a restart. loadout dashboard --open signs your browser in with a cookie instead of putting the token in the address, and loadout dashboard sign-out signs every browser out. Move the port with loadout config set dashboard-port.

v0.65.0
loadout memory compress no longer wipes out a memory topic that shares a name with a heading it moves: it adds to the topic and keeps everything that was there. Compress, import, clean and the new loadout memory delete all take a backup first, and say how to undo them.

v0.64.0
When a round of refining an idea fails, Loadout now says so: loadout idea list and the ideas window show "last round failed", and loadout idea dismiss (or x in the window) clears it. The next round uses the agent and model your last successful round used, says which before it starts, and only one round runs on an idea at a time.

v0.63.0
The dashboard and the daemon are now top-level commands: loadout dashboard, loadout daemon and loadout daemon autostart. The old names under team still work, so nothing you've scheduled or written down breaks. If your login entry still uses the old name, loadout daemon autostart show tells you, and enable rewrites it.

v0.62.4
Learning your voice now leaves out commits an AI assistant co-wrote, and tells you before spending anything when all it found is commits nobody has confirmed you wrote. When it learns from what you type to Claude Code, it also skips screenshots and errors you pasted in, so only your own words are learned.

v0.62.3
A team run that ends with a question you never answered now closes it, so it no longer sits greyed out on the dashboard. If you pick the run up later, the lead is told the question went unanswered and asks again if it needs to. The remedy list, team gate and team tell also stop showing questions from before a run was picked up.
