v2.9.7 — Hero card height fix

Aligns the Intelligence Digest hero card height with the other four cards.

The four logo cards use a 100px <img>; the Digest card used an emoji icon only ~32px tall, so it rendered shorter. .hero-badge-icon now gets a 100px flex-centered box so all five cards match. Cache-bust → ?v=2.9.7.

The card was kept (not redundant with the Trending Now grid — it's the nav entry point to the /tech-digest/ page of 3/6/12-month top picks).
