v0.3.2 — Faster recovery from Amazon IP blocks

Bug fix

When Amazon temporarily blocks the integration's IP (CAPTCHA wall or HTTP error), the coordinator now retries every 30 minutes instead of waiting for the next normal poll cycle (~4 hours). Once the block lifts, sensors come back online within ~30 minutes rather than potentially 8+ hours.

The normal 4h ± 30min polling interval is automatically restored after the first successful fetch.
