v5 - Stability fixes and installer

The main improvement in this release is a number of changes designed to ensure tracking is stable even if your computer restarts unexpectedly, or there's other unexpected events. Also I've included a self-installer and tweaked how notifications pop up.

v4 - Launch notifications + history editing

• Notification on every launch
• Edit/delete daily records
• Application icon

v3: Auto-pause + dynamic limits

• Auto-pause after 10s idle
• Instant dim updates

v2 - Two minor fixes

Fixes the history to be daily instead of hourly, and the dimming applying to Chrome and other windows with the search string in them.

v1 - First Test Release

Includes all basic functionality. I've not yet tested this with live a live league.
