Key Responsibilities

Planning and Preparation:

• Designing and structuring the event agenda.
• Collaborating with the club advisor and CSI program manager to finalize event details.

Coordination: *Securing venues for events.

• Working with the finance team to allocate and secure necessary funds.
• Partnering with the design and marketing team to promote the event effectively.

Execution and Engagement:

• Maintaining an event tracker for seamless management.
• Overseeing logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Organizing fun and engaging activities for participants.
