HEVC encode on GTX 16 and RTX 20 cards keeps going past the second frame; it stopped with an error from frame 2 on.

World of Warcraft starts again: since 2.3.6 it showed a black screen and "unable to start up 3D acceleration", and once past that the terrain lighting shader faulted (PR #304, thanks razvanccr).
