Built on NVIDIA's 615.78.08 driver (from 610.57.04): NVIDIA's own kernel driver, display code and GSP firmware for every card, with all of NVIDIA's fixes since 610, including the blocky corruption in The Last of Us Part II.
New cards: NVIDIA T400, T500, T550, T600, T1000 and T1200 (desktop and laptop), and the second RTX 5070 device ID.
The GPU's identity now comes from the PDI NVIDIA stores in the card's PCIe configuration space, the way NVIDIA's driver reads it; older boards fall back to the previous method.
NVIDIA's driver options work on macOS: the boot-arg nvregdwords=Key=Value;Key=Value is NVIDIA's NVreg_RegistryDwords, read by NVIDIA's own parser. nvregdwords=RmDisableDisplayGlitchPerfLimit=1 is NVIDIA's new lower idle power with several monitors (it can glitch the display briefly when clocks change).
12-bit HDMI deep colour: the boot-arg nvmaxbpc=12 allows it on displays that report it. The default stays at 10 bits, as NVIDIA ships it.
