Tweak library usability

This is a minor release improving usability of the library which shifts to float data type usage and drops some unnecessary functionality.

Finally, after almost a year of research and development, I'm glad to announce release of the MS5540C library.
It will soon be available for downloading via Arduino Library Manager.
