TabLock 1.0

Initial public release of TabLock for Notepad++ x64.

What it does

• Locks the active document by its Notepad++ Buffer ID without requiring it to be saved first.
• Keeps Notepad++ fullscreen and topmost while hiding menus, tabs, toolbars, and the status bar.
• Preserves normal typing, navigation, selection, undo/redo, optional clipboard commands, and safe saving.
• Blocks common application-switching shortcuts, unsafe Notepad++ commands, window closing, external clicks, and drag-and-drop.
• Restores the locked document if another buffer is activated.
• Unlocks after Escape is held continuously for five seconds by default.

Installation

Download TabLock-1.0-x64.zip, close Notepad++, and extract its single TabLock.dll file to:

%ProgramFiles%\Notepad++\plugins\TabLock

Start Notepad++ and select Plugins > TabLock > Enabled.

The release is for Windows x64 and Notepad++ x64. TabLock is a user-mode convenience feature, not a Windows security boundary.
