82% size reduction (3.8MB -> 680KB)

Extremely fast 680KB github action to send a signed payload to your endpoint using a shared secret. Uses the same HMAC-SHA256 mechanism that comes with github events. Combine with a rook server to handle incoming authenticated messages in 0.5ms with 7 lines of config.
