first musl build

rook is a tiny, fast server to authenticate and dispatch github push events and rook actions.

To write your first config file, see configuration and run with ./rook your-config.toml.
Or, copy the examples directory and follow the instructions.

Note that the rook-debug binary should not be used in production, as it will be much slower and noisier.

This release binary was built for x86_64-unknown-linux-musl
