Add _cleanup_orphaned_devices() which runs after platform setup.
It removes any device under this integration that has zero entities,
which happens after a user removes a device via the options flow.

This eliminates the need for manual device deletion and applies to
all device types (QED covers, RPM covers, CCO devices, dimmers, etc).
