fix(WeightedAssessmentSurvey): Enhance question management with category types and movement functionality

Added support for categorizing questions as 'performance' or 'enabler' with a new categoryTypes property.
Implemented functionality to move questions between groups and reorder them within the same group.
Introduced a "Do Not Know" checkbox to allow users to indicate uncertainty in their responses.
Enhanced the UI with a new Category Types Matrix for managing question-category associations.
Updated styles for new buttons and dropdowns related to question movement and type selection.
Improved data handling in the backend to ensure categoryTypes are preserved during updates. (785ba8b)
