docs(web): deprecate manage_code_ux in favor of grouped management tools

Updates the docs-web documentation to replace active references of manage_code_ux with their respective grouped management tools (e.g., manage_projects, manage_tasks, manage_settings, manage_telemetry). Leaves manage_code_ux only where explicitly documented as a deprecated compatibility tool.
