• A class table refresh that fails keeps the last table in cache for a minute instead of
  dropping it
• One retry on HTTP 500, as for 429, 502 and 503
• New returns ErrUnsupportedLocale for a language the region's site does not have

  bigger page with zero rows, which looked like a real answer

Known issues

• KR's site API still answers ErrNoRoute from outside Korea. KR's boards and styleshop still
  work
• Rankings answer ErrNoSeason while NC has the public boards turned off
• TW's item dictionary still returns the occasional 500
