Pre-action governance continuity analyzer with machine-readable failure codes and vocabulary-aligned semantics.
Continuity Analyzer is part of the Default Settlement machine trust infrastructure for autonomous systems. It answers the core trust question:
Is this still the same agent I trusted?
Default Settlement provides machine trust infrastructure for autonomous systems: verifiable evidence, receipts, profiles, badges, and public trust reporting that let humans and machines evaluate whether an autonomous action matched the claimed specification and preserved the expected agent continuity.
Continuity Analyzer complements Specification Adherence Receipt (SAR) verification:
- SAR answers: did execution match the claimed specification?
- Continuity answers: did the same identity, authority, constraints, and execution context persist?
Agent Activation -> SAR Verification -> Continuity Verification -> Chained Evidence -> Explorer Agent Profile -> Badge Verification -> Public Trust Report
Continuity verification evaluates five predicates:
object_continuityconstraint_continuitytemporal_continuityauthority_continuityexecutor_continuity
Each predicate can produce one of three outcomes:
passfailunknown
Continuity evidence can be chained to SAR evidence using fields such as:
continuity_receipt_idsar_receipt_idverdict_correlationexecutor_continuity_statustime_delta_seconds
Continuity Analyzer evidence can appear across Default Settlement public trust surfaces:
- SAR Explorer
- Agent Profiles
- Badge verification
- Public Trust Reports
