Fix dock recognition broken by alpha.9. Selective HID TX suppression.
What broke in alpha.9: Suppressed ALL HID TX during streaming, which blocked essential lingo 0x00/0x0A responses needed for dock setup. The dock couldn't recognize the iPod at all.
This fix: Only suppress lingo 0x03 (Display Remote) and 0x04 (Extended Interface) responses during streaming — these are the periodic track-info polls (~1s interval) suspected of causing audio pops. General and Digital Audio responses are always allowed through.
Testing needed: Does the ~1s click/pop stop? If yes, root cause confirmed. If pops persist, HID TX is not the cause and we'll investigate other ~1s periodic activity.
