Debug build for ND-S1 dock audio glitch

EP0 flush fix (Test 2)

  • Skips the EP0 IN FIFO flush during ISO audio streaming to avoid potential DWC OTG bus contention

Diagnostics

  • Frame gap counter (detects skipped ISO frames)
  • Short transfer counter (detects incomplete ISO sends)
  • IISOIXFR/HID RX/TX logging with frame numbers
  • Periodic source summary in logf every 500ms
  • New debug screen entries under USB Audio

How to test

  1. Play audio on ND-S1 for 5+ minutes
  2. Check if the ~1s pop is gone (EP0 flush fix)
  3. If pop persists: check debug screen for frame gaps / short xfers
  4. Dump logf for detailed timing correlation
