Fix IAP auth deadlock for non-authenticating accessories

Accessories using IdentifyDeviceLingoes without MFi authentication (e.g. Onkyo ND-S1) were stuck in an infinite retry loop — every Display Remote command got ACK_NO_AUTHEN because device.auth.state stayed at AUST_NONE.

Root cause: When no auth is requested, the else branch in the IdentifyDeviceLingoes handler never set auth state, so CHECKAUTH blocked all authenticated lingo commands forever.

Fix: Set device.auth.state = AUST_AUTH when no authentication is requested, in both IdentifyDeviceLingoes (0x13) and legacy Identify (0x01) handlers. IDPS-based accessories (e.g. HA-2SE) are unaffected.
