All Three Fixes Combined

Includes everything from beta.5 plus USB IRQ priority:

  1. DTHRCTL — ARPEN removed, ISO thresholding added (beta.5)
  2. iAP suppress — Skip iAP processing during streaming (beta.5)
  3. USB IRQ priority — Process USB (IRQ 19) before timer/DMA in irq_handler()

Backup for beta.5

If beta.5 didn't fix the glitch, try this one. The IRQ priority change ensures the USB ISR runs before timer tick (IRQ 8) and DMA (IRQ 16) when multiple interrupts are pending simultaneously.
