WPS Select Action Setting

The center button (SELECT) in the WPS screen is now configurable. Previously it was hardcoded to launch PictureFlow. A new setting under Settings → General Settings → System → WPS Select Action offers four options:

  • Previous Screen (default) — returns to whichever browser you came from (file browser or database)
  • Database — opens the database browser
  • Coverflow — launches the PictureFlow plugin
  • Files — opens the file browser

Dock Handshake Stability

Reverts post-v5.0-beta.4 streaming workarounds that contributed to intermittent MFi dock handshake failures (~40% failure rate on Onkyo ND-S1). These workarounds are no longer needed after the v5.1 memmove root cause fix:

  • Removed HID TX suppression during streaming — iAP responses now flow normally to the dock instead of being silently dropped
  • Removed deferred HID TX mechanism — the direct send path is sufficient now that the memmove completes in <1µs
  • Reverted USB IRQ priority boost — no longer needed for ISO IN latency
  • Reverted iap_setup() UART reconfiguration skip — restores v5.0-beta.4 init behavior on reconnect
