Icon module support for PWA shortcuts

What problem does this feature solve?

Chrome has implemented a new PWA manifest feature, where the manifest can specific shortcuts with icons. Ideally these icons should be parsed in different sizes like the other PWA icons.

hi did you solve this? i add shortcuts by myself to manifest file and start project without build(again) but it add it just to desktop chrome, doesnt work like dynamic shortcuts in java,
does use useWebmanifestExtension? may it help to android or its just for webmanifest?
