Change manifest display property at runtime based on user agent?

Hi, we have the need to change the manifest display property if the user agent is iOS.

Is this possible at all?

I'd need the same feature in order to change background_color and theme_color on runtime, based on whether the user has enabled dark-mode. Or is this already possible, @pi0? 🙏
