chore: clean dependency contract

The published module imports consola, @nuxt/devtools-kit, and Zod at runtime, but they were not all declared as runtime dependencies.

• Declare every packed runtime import and use the Zod 4 validation error API.
• Remove unused tinyexec and vitest-package-exports plus redundant playground @nuxt/fonts.
• Replace the public Drizzle Casing type leak with the equivalent local union, and update stale Better Auth CLI references to auth.
• Verified with frozen install, lint, root and runtime-server typechecks, prepack, playground/docs builds, the broad suite (307 passing before fixture contention), and all five contended cases passing with one worker.
