Adding modules when creating the project

I was thinking there should be a way to add modules to the project when creating it. Heres an example:

npx nuxi@latest init project-name -M tailwindcss eslint

The -M denotes the modules to be installed and added to the Nuxt config.

I like this as an idea - basically initialises the project and then runs nuxi module add (we could use runCommand to do this).

@danielroe could you maybe tell me how the runCommand can call subCommands? as the it's nested module -> add I couldn't figure out what to pass to the runCommand so it invokes the correct function.

nvm, I figured it out. it needs to be passed as await runCommand('module', ['add', ...modules]) ... will create a comment in the PR as well on how to call it for subCommands 👍
