In the environment of git bash，create-nuxt-app cannot choose server framework and ui framework；

to move the arrow keys the color did not changed，and press enter the wrong framework choosed；

but in the environment of cmd it works

I can reproduce when using npx create-nuxt-app. But yarn create nuxt-app is okay.

@sibbngheid @JuanJuanZhang123 actually reproduced. It happen when you installed git bash with MinTTY bash as option. But it implicitly says at install that in this case you need to use winpty to launch windows programs. Without winpty i can confirm this behavior.
With winpty all fine.
winpty npx.cmd create-nuxt-app
