Psuedo-dual port RAM

In the documentation, it says that "The RAMPDP macro behaves like a dual-port RAM, but is created by double clocking a single port RAM." How are we expected to double-clock a single port RAM? Is it supposed to be done through a PLL?

There are several techniques to double your clock, for instance, you can use an edge-detector.
You should have a look at your technology library to see what is available and which strategy fits best for you.
