What's New

• Private adapter protocol — register and run explicitly trusted local research tools without publishing their code, credentials, corpora, or bulk results.
• Scoped, verified execution — llm-wiki-adapter/v1 adds manifest handshakes, read/write path policy, sanitized environments, timeouts, atomic private receipts, and SHA-256 artifact verification.
• No automatic wiki import — adapter outputs stay external; only reviewed wiki-safe candidates may be promoted through normal provenance workflows.
• Portable packaging — Claude, Codex, and OpenCode distributions now bundle the deterministic adapter CLI and reference documentation.
