First release!

It's likely not really working yet, but it seemed like the day to move my initial POC into a real repo.

A lot of the basic functionality around attaching data of different types, building up bundles across filesystems, and even early join support is working.

The initial index support is mostly coded up but not really even tested so it likely doesn't really work, but the idea is there.

The release build failed, so no actual artifacts beyond the source release here and some wheels at https://pypi.org/project/bundlebase/.
